My 13 year-old sister was coming over yesterday. I promised I'd come up with something to do. She has yet to develop a desire to craft for hours, so I picked something that would be easy. I found a fabric flower pattern that I thought we could try.
My grandma's birthday is on Wednesday, so instead of using the flower on a bag, like the tutorial suggests, we glued it to a card. Here's my sister's finished work:This is a project that older kids and up can make.
I made a flower too. I'm not sure where I'm going to put mine. I wore it on my shirt today, but halfway through the day it just flopped over. I guess I'll need to try a different flower for wearing.
